Separate the four wings
A Graveyard group is not automatically an Armory or Cathedral group. Advertise the exact wing and objective.
Collect capital quests
Horde should check Undercity and Orgrimmar; Alliance should verify its remote chains before the long trip north.
Complete the Desolace lead-in
The Sceptre of Light / In the Name of the Light route depends on prior Scarlet-related work in Desolace.
Run Library before higher wings
The Library fits the earlier level band and supplies progression context before Armory and Cathedral.
Coordinate the Cathedral pull
Mograine and Whitemane form a linked encounter. Clear the room and follow the group's target order.

Is this guide for official Classic Era?
Yes. It excludes Turtle WoW custom content, Season of Discovery changes and later-expansion quest revisions.
What if the starting NPC has no quest?
Check the listed faction and level, then trace the previous prerequisite. Dungeon and attunement chains commonly hide behind an earlier capital or zone handoff.
Can I complete it solo?
Ordinary travel and collection stages often can be soloed. Elite, dungeon, escort and raid steps should be treated as group content at the intended level.
