Complete Dragonkin Menace
Kill the required dragonkin in Burning Steppes and follow the True Masters chain through Lakeshire, Stormwind and back.
Find Marshal Windsor in BRD
Reach the prison area, speak with Windsor and complete the initial information step.
Recover A Crumpled Up Note
After Abandoned Hope, kill suitable BRD enemies until the note begins the next phase, then recover Windsor's lost information from the named bosses.
Complete Jail Break
Escort Windsor through BRD. Clear ahead, keep him alive and make sure every party member shares the correct stage.
Follow the Stormwind event
Meet Windsor at the city gates and follow the full reveal through Stormwind Keep without abandoning the event.
Get the Eye and skulls
Kill Pyroguard Emberseer in UBRS, then complete Haleh's dragonkin skull requirements.
Kill General Drakkisath
Return through UBRS for the Blood of the Black Dragon Champion and turn it in for the Drakefire Amulet.

- Level 55+ and Burning Steppes access
- Multiple BRD runs including Jail Break
- UBRS access and a raid-sized group
Keep unique quest items until the complete chain is turned in. If a step appears unavailable, check faction, minimum level and the previous NPC rather than assuming the guide belongs to a different version.

Is this guide for official Classic Era?
Yes. It excludes Turtle WoW custom content, Season of Discovery changes and later-expansion quest revisions.
What if the starting NPC has no quest?
Check the listed faction and level, then trace the previous prerequisite. Dungeon and attunement chains commonly hide behind an earlier capital or zone handoff.
Can I complete it solo?
Ordinary travel and collection stages often can be soloed. Elite, dungeon, escort and raid steps should be treated as group content at the intended level.
