Form before entering
A tank is not mandatory, but two or three players make the cave and escort far more reliable.
Clear to Keeshan
Move methodically through the Blackrock orcs and avoid starting the escort while enemies behind you are respawning.
Begin only when ready
Share and accept the escort together, recover resources and establish who will lead pulls.
Clear ahead of the NPC
Keeshan will keep moving. Fight in front of him, control runners and do not abandon the route to loot distant bodies.

What if the starting NPC has no quest?
Check the listed faction and level, then trace the previous prerequisite. Dungeon and attunement chains commonly hide behind an earlier capital or zone handoff.
Can I complete it solo?
Ordinary travel and collection stages often can be soloed. Elite, dungeon, escort and raid steps should be treated as group content at the intended level.
