The short recommendation
RFD is an undead-heavy spiral dungeon with disease pressure, an optional escort event and a final climb to Amnennar. Pick up A Host of Evil outside, synchronise the Belnistrasz quest stage before starting his event and bring reliable interrupts or cleansing.

Tuten’kash event → Mordresh → Glutton → optional Ragglesnout/Belnistrasz → Amnennar.
Belnistrasz event
Every player accepts and turns in the first stage before anyone starts Extinguishing the Idol.
Boss target
A direct Amnennar run still follows most of the spiral; announce skipped optional events.
Before travelling
- Pick up A Host of Evil just outside the entrance.
- Synchronise the entire group at Belnistrasz before starting the escort.
- Bring disease removal and interrupts for necromancers.
- Complete RFK’s An Unholy Alliance prerequisite if pursuing its continuation.

Role checklist
Control the route
Mark dangerous targets, use line-of-sight and pause before events. Protect the healer before chasing damage.
Call your mana
Drink before scripted waves, prioritise dispels and stop impatient pulls while resources are low.
Interrupt and control
Respect marked targets, stop dangerous casts and prevent runners from collecting another pack.

- One player starting Belnistrasz before others accept the quest.
- Ignoring disease until it overwhelms healing.
- Pulling across the spiral through pets or runners.
